Heritage Highlands is a gated neighborhood that is home to a very active adult community. It is part of the Dove Mountain resort community located at the base of the Tortolita Mountains. There are many activities to participate in with nearby golf courses, hiking trails, and dining options. There is also a clubhouse exclusively for Heritage Highlands with access to a pool and spa, pickleball, and tennis courts.

Homes in Heritage Highlands were built in the early 2000s and average just over 1,800 square feet. Homes are single story and all include two-car garages. 

In the last year, prices of homes in Heritage Highlands range from $229,000 to $735,000. The highest sold price in the last year was $735,000 but the highest current active listing is priced at $384,900. The average list price of sold homes is $402,603 and the average list price of active homes is $384,900.

 

In the last year, the amount of homes sold per month in Heritage Highlands has gone down while the average seller discount has remained steady. 

From one year ago, the average sales price increased consistently increased from $401,502 to $498,335. The average price per square foot has also increased.
