Every morning before opening the Local Gourmet kitchen, they stock their shelves with market fresh ingredients, so that the food served is as fresh and flavorful as can be. Dove M Bisto welcomes you to their restaurant, and wish you a hearty appetite.

LI Hua founded Dove M Bistro out of a deep love for chinese food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentic. They use only real ingredients at DoveM. Farm fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range beef. They love to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of their love from Chinese food, life, and living.

All of the ingredients used at DoveM are just that: local. They stock the restaurant kitchen in much the same way that they stock their home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients selected themselves, at market each morning.

In addition to their menu items, Dove M also offers daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how the Chefs are feeling. They are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when they travel to China (which they admit, they do often) they bring back their favorite flavors and Millenarian cuisine.

The Dove M Bistro restaurant opend in December 2016.  Located at 12090 Thornydale Road, Suite 112 in Marana, the Dove M is convenient to the Tortolina Vista and Tangerine Crossing neighborhoods.
